Who we are

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it has entered production. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item becomes unavailable, a price is listed in error, or we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars. Prices and product availability may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted. Payment is taken at checkout.

Print-on-demand products

Every item is manufactured after you order it. Because of this:

Colours may vary slightly between screens and printed garments, and between production runs.
Sizing follows each garment manufacturer's own size chart, linked on the product page.
Small variations in print placement are normal in this process.

None of the above means an item is faulty. If an item is genuinely defective, our Refund Policy applies, as do your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, text and images on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not reproduce, resell or use them commercially without our written consent. Buying a product gives you the product, not rights to the design.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to breach its security, or scrape or copy its content for a competing store.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability can lawfully be limited, it is limited to replacing the goods or refunding the price you paid for them. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

Third-party fulfilment

Our products are manufactured and shipped by third-party print partners. We remain responsible to you for the goods you buy from us.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
