Everything we sell is printed to order, so there are two parts to every delivery: the time it takes to make your item, and the time it takes to reach you.
1. Production: 2–7 business days
Your item is printed and quality-checked before it ships. Larger orders and peak periods such as Christmas and Black Friday can add to this.
2. Delivery, after production

In practice, a typical Australian order arrives roughly 7–17 business days after you place it.
These are estimates from our print and courier partners, not guarantees. Once a parcel is with the courier, its timeline is out of our hands.

Spend $80 or more and standard shipping is on us. Because your items are made to order, adding a second item rarely adds much to the delivery time.
Tracking
You will get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way. If tracking has not moved for a day or two at the start, that is normal — scans can lag.
Multiple items
Ordered a few things? They may be printed at different facilities and arrive separately, at no extra cost to you.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we can re-ship it, but you will need to cover the postage a second time.
Customs and duties
International orders may attract import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility.
